Luxury Lifestyles Developments Ltd was formed in 2006 to create a company that could focus on quality new build and refurbished properties. Its partners, Greg Franks, Iain Preston and Brian Jordan bring a wealth of experience to the company.

Greg Franks has experience of developing in the Ripon and Harrogate district and is currently involved in the sympathetic refurbishment of two Victorian houses with a courtyard/ coach house development in Ripon.

Iain Preston has for many years built quality new houses and superb refurbishments in South Yorkshire. (The last project being a former 18th Century Pub conversion.)

Finally Brian Preston currently runs a very successful kitchen and bathroom company which services customers across all of Yorkshire. This blend of experience and skills will enable the company to differentiate itself in a very competitive market with discerning buyers having a keen eye on quality and value for money.
